Poetry

A poem is the capture and subsequent distillation of a moment, a thought, or an experience into its essential components; it is an emotion’s purest form as sensed and understood by the eye, mind and heart of the poet. Poems can therefore be very personal and treasured; but like all valuable gifts, they need to be shared to achieve their full value. Here are a few of my own distilled moments. I hope you, too, can glimpse the magic behind them.
